Do I really need a gas top-up every time I service my aircon?
No, this is the #1 contractor gimmick in Malaysia. Air conditioners operate in a sealed copper loop; refrigerant does not get consumed like petrol or engine oil. If your unit is blowing warm air, 80% of the time it is simply choked with dust and mould or has a failing capacitor. We always connect digital gauges to test the PSI first in front of you. If pressure is normal, you pay zero for gas.
Why does my aircon trip the main house breaker (ELCB / MCB)?
Tripping usually happens when the compressor capacitor breaks down, a wire terminal overheats, or moisture reaches the electrical board. Because Mr. Azman is a certified wireman, we can diagnose whether it's an electrical fault or a mechanical issue without you needing to hire a separate electrician.
Will your chemical wash damage my walls or leave dirty splashes on the floor?
Never. We lay heavy-duty waterproof tarps under every indoor unit, wear clean shoe covers, and mount sealed drain bibs around the casing before washing. Your walls, curtains, and parquet or tile floors stay completely clean and dry.
How fast can a technician reach Puchong or Puchong?
